Decision Markets with good incentives (2011)

Prediction markets have been shown to have scoring rules that are incentive compatible. Decision markets have not. This is because prediction markets work based on seeing the outcome in real life whereas a decision market affects reality and therefore some options do not play out and can’t be judged. This can cause a misalignment of incentives.
